There was a time when I believed creation required effort.
Because it was woven into the fabric of Old Earth reality:
Work hard.
Push harder.
Stay busy.
Keep going.
If you’re tired, you’re probably doing it right.
If you’re exhausted, you’re definitely succeeding.
And if you’re relaxed?
Well, then, you should probably be doing more.
Many healers inherited this model without realizing it. We learned to associate pressure with progress. To trust struggle more than ease. To believe that our worthiness was somehow connected to how much energy we were expending.
Yet Nature doesn’t seem particularly interested in operating this way.
The oak tree is not forcing itself into becoming an oak tree.
The river is not straining to reach the sea.
The wildflowers do not create a rigid schedule for their bloom-time.
Life itself relaxes into creation.
And, I’ve come to realize, we are meant to as well.
Over the last several months, I have been allowing myself to do something that once wouldn’t have even made sense to me:
I have been allowing myself to relax….
As a way of being.
And something fascinating has happened.
My Creation has not stopped.
In many ways, it has deepened.
Ideas arrive more clearly.
Soul nudges become easier to hear.
The right next step emerges without needing to be coaxed into existence.
What I once thought required pressure actually simply requires space.
This does not mean I sit around doing nothing all day.
In fact, when I look back, I realize I have created quite a lot.
New offerings.
New writings.
New transmissions.
New ways of serving.
New understandings of myself, Earth and the Multi-verse.
The difference is that most (or all!) of this has emerged from inspiration rather than obligation.
From alignment rather than pressure.
Presence instead of panic.
Yet and still, the old conditioning still occasionally wanders in.
Sometimes I hear the familiar whispers:
“Shouldn’t you be doing more?”
“Shouldn’t this be harder?”
“Shouldn’t success require greater sacrifice?”
Thankfully, those voices feel increasingly like echoes from another timeline.
And…I’m so happy to have discovered that creation and relaxation are not opposites.
In truth, they are natural companions.
When the nervous system relaxes, intuition becomes easier to hear.
When we stop spending energy on self-imposed (but societally taught) pressure, more energy becomes available for genuine creation.
When we stop trying to force the river, we discover it has been flowing, naturally, all along.
Perhaps this is one of the great prosperity lessons of the New Cosmos:
Abundance is not asking us to become better at pushing.
It is inviting us to become better at receiving.
Receiving inspiration, guidance, support.
Receiving the next idea when it arrives.
Being in flow.
For me, this often looks wonderfully ordinary.
A blanket.
A couch.
Two sleeping puppies close by.
A notebook.
My laptop.
A sudden inspiration that wasn’t there five minutes earlier.
And from that space, creation unfolds.
Because I created space for the creation.
Relaxed into flow mode.
Rested.
Allowed.
The old world taught many of us to strive our way forward.
The soul remembers another way.
A way that allows us to remain present in our own lives while our sacred work comes into being.
Three cheers, as always, for the #RelaxedAbundanceRenaissance!

So spot on.
This is how I've been reimagining my biz since the beginning of last year.
Relaxation and ease, leading to quiet + aligned direction.
No force - only flow.
Thanks for this 🙏💜✨
